PATRICK

Creative, Brand &
Marketing Director

Andiyah Patrick is a brand and marketing director with 10+ years building creative strategy for brands in luxury, hospitality, home, and fashion.

I've spent my career working with brands that make things with intention, giving their story voice, color, and shape. My approach has always been the same: start with feeling, build with strategy, and listen closely to what comes back. I know how to elicit emotion across a physical space and a digital one, through experiential work, content, campaigns, and community. That range is what allows me to create a through line across every touchpoint, so a brand shows up consistently wherever it meets its audience.

The work I find most meaningful sits at the place where instinct meets architecture: honoring a brand's soul while building the systems that allow it to grow, without losing what made it worth caring about in the first place.

Creative Strategy & Direction
Ary Buying, Casting
Full Service Production

Rosewood Hotels & Resorts operates across more than forty properties worldwide, each held to a precise and codified brand standard. When Spherical was brought in, I spearheaded the relationship from pitch through delivery, serving as the primary creative and strategic lead across every project.

What began as a single shoot for Rosewood Mandarina to support our opening strategy, turned into two additional productions, and content that set the creative standard across a global portfolio of over forty properties. That work became the foundation for what followed: the first ever visual identity for Rosewood Calistoga in California, captured ahead of the property's opening announcement, and subsequent content strategy and productions for Rosewood Little Dix Bay in the British Virgin Islands and Rosewood Kona Village in Hawaii.

Brand Development & Marketing
Content Strategy, Production
Team Growth & Managment

Leading a team of a marketing manager, graphic designer, and developer, I established the brand's content pillars and built the systems around them.
I developed community-driven series that brought MINNA's world into the story, turning customers, collaborators, and makers into storytellers. That sense of belonging is what transforms an audience into a loyal one. And I built the reporting frameworks to make sure we weren't just feeling it, we could prove it.

Waldorf Astoria New YorkMarketing, Content StrategyProduction

The Waldorf Astoria New York had been closed for nearly a decade for a major restoration project. The brief was to keep the conversation alive throughout, developing quarterly content concepts that honored the building's history and integrity while building momentum toward its opening. For months, the campaign lived entirely inside a construction site.
